As a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over a decade in the field, I have substantial experience providing highly specialised, evidence-based therapies.
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience and self-compassion.

I have been working for the NHS as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in one of the largest, specialist eating disorder services in the UK for over six years. I have also worked in other specialist clinical settings including health psychology, community mental health teams and forensic settings.
My training has given me the skills to work with a range of complex emotional difficulties including the diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders, body image disturbance, relational difficulties, sexual health and HIV related concerns, stress, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.
